Customer Referral Program
Word of mouth is our most effective form of advertising. In fact, we would rather offer a reward for passing the word on about us than pour money into expensive advertising.
When you refer a business to us and they purchase a telecommunications system, cabling installation or other qualified equipment from us, we have a couple of ways of offering our thanks. We will let you choose between:
Charitable Contribution. If someone you refer to us makes a qualified purchase, we will donate 2% of the purchase price (not including taxes) to a charitable organization in your name. We have a number of charities and non profit organizations as customers who would make good use of donations. This is a great way to provide assistance for a worthy cause, especially in difficult economic times.
OR
Cash Reward. If someone you refer to us makes a qualified purchase, we will offer a thank you of 2% of the purchase price as a thank you for your referral.
Disclaimers: To avoid conflicts of interest or ethical conflicts, cash rewards are not available if you are an employee of the organization you refer. In such instances, we will offer either a 2% discount off the purchase price or make a donation to a charity or non profit organization. Limit of one referral reward or contribution per purchase. In the event of mulitple referrals of the same business, the referral program applies to the first to refer said organization. If a Northern Communications Group representative has already been in contact with the referred organization, referrals do not apply. Cash Reward recipients will be required to submit a W9 for tax reporting purposes.
